Research on Different Evaluation Performance Level Based on Information Technology

This is a qualitative study that researches school leaders and leadership teams on how to effect and support eight different evaluation performances level of vocational schools in school management. This also promotes teachers in professional development and teaching quality. Through the semi-structured interview for the school's principals, teachers, director of the school management and administration team, this is to promote professional growth of teachers and teaching quality. There are twelve factors that are discussed in this study. In particular, the establishments of the school vision, providing of individual support, and the creation of a productive school culture influences the promotion of professional growth of teachers and teaching quality that are concerned. The school's principal and administrative team that influence the provision of intelligent development and teaching support, also establish community relations.
